For household products, you can return them within 15 days. We will not accept returns of products that are not in their original packaging or have a broken seal, unless they are defective products.<\/p><p>We will check the returned products to confirm that they are in optimal condition before proceeding with the refund, and the shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have sent your order to another person and they want to make a return, we will refund the amount in the same form of payment and account from which it was made or by sending the product back*. In this case, we will arrange for the collection, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
