Riesling 2021

For the 2021 harvest, grapes from two different soils have been blended: red clay and yellow clay. They decided to blend both grapes and create a Riesling that would have the nuances of both soils. The mineral aromas from the red clay and the fruity notes from the yellow clay. An elegant and rounded wine.
