HOW DO I PLACE my order?

Navigate through our menu and add the products you’re interested in to your basket. Follow the instructions to complete your registration and payment online. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also make purchases by phone by calling 677173062 from Wednesday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and in the afternoon from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM. We are also available on Sundays from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

If you have any doubts or want to inform us about something regarding your order, you can do so through our form, via email at pedidos@dotcafebar.com, or by calling 677 17 30 62 from Wednesday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and in the afternoon from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM. We are also available on Sundays from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM. (See also the RETURNS POLICY section).

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

No, you can place your order regardless of the amount. Just keep in mind the shipping costs (see the SHIPPING POLICY section).

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Deliveries within the M30 (Madrid capital) with postal codes 28005, 28006, 28007, 28008, 28012, 28014, 28004, 28010, 28013, 28009, 28001, 28028, 28015, 28040, 28039, 28020, 28029, 28046, 28036, 28016, 28002, 28045, 28003, 28071 (excluding CP. 28035, which will have a different rate) for orders under €40 in products have a cost of €5.95.

These deliveries will be handled by the sustainable cooperative CLETA (www.cleta.net).

Shipping costs to the Peninsula (including Portugal), for orders under €50 in products, are €5.95.

Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands, for orders under €50 in products, are €9.95. For shipments to the Canary Islands, send your purchase proposal to pedidos@dotcafebar.com, and we will provide a detailed quote adjusting the corresponding shipping cost. For shipments to the EU (excluding Portugal), shipping costs for orders under €100 in products are €15.95.

CAN I ADD PRODUCTS TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Yes, you can add, change, or remove items as needed as long as the order has not left our warehouses. If you want to make any changes to your order, please call us at 677173062 or email us at pedidos@dotcafebar.com.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel the order as long as it has not left our warehouses. You just have to inform us by calling 677173062 or writing an email to pedidos@dotcafebar.com. Once canceled, if the payment has already been made, we will proceed with the refund, issuing a voucher, or making an exchange, according to your preferences.
