Your orders will be shipped to the address indicated at the time of placing your order, so it is important that you pay attention to fill in this information. Remember that once you have registered, in the “addresses” section of the “account details” section, you can add as many delivery addresses as you wish (e.g. your office, your summer house, your parents’ house…) and select the one you are interested in when placing your order.

We do not ship to post office boxes.

The transport will be made through SEUR company, which will make the door to door service within 24/48h from our confirmation of shipment. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that the order has been accepted and is being shipped.

Deliveries will be made within 24 hours for orders placed before 19:00h.

For orders placed after 19:00h, the delivery time will be 48h.

Delivery days for orders will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Local and national holidays may affect the delivery of orders.

You will be able to track the status of your orders through “My orders” in the “My account” area of our website.

To resolve any questions about the shipping and delivery process, once we have sent you the email that your order has been shipped, you can contact us by phone at 677173062 or directly with SEUR, by calling 902 10 10 10 10 (Monday to Friday from 8h to 20h, Saturdays from 9h to 14h) indicating the tracking number.

When your order is delivered, you must check that everything is in accordance with your order. If there is any discrepancy or problem with your order, please contact us at 677173062 or email pedidos@dotcafebar.com, providing us with your order number.

If for reasons of force majeure it is impossible for us to deliver the order on the agreed date, the courier company will contact you to set a new date.

In case you are not going to be at the address you indicated to receive your order, please contact SEUR at 902 10 10 10 (Monday to Friday from 8h to 20h, Saturdays from 9h to 14h) to indicate an alternative address.

European Union (excluding Portugal)

  • Orders over 99€: free of charge.

Standard shipping

Orders placed on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:

Before 7:00 p.m.: within 24 hours (including Saturday).

After 7:00 p.m.: within 48 hours.

Pedidos realizados los viernes después de las 19 horas: se entregan el lunes.

Después de las 19.00 horas: en 48 horas.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays: delivered on Tuesday.
