Bombolla

A rosé Pet Nat made from Sumoll. It’s not disgorged, so it’s slightly cloudy. In the mouth, it’s elegant, fresh, and light.
Its vines are in La Nou de Gaia, and it’s a collaboration with Celler 9 +.
