Ingredients: gluten-free whole oat flakes, gluten-free oat bran, chocolate flakes 8% (unrefined cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), dried banana pieces 8%, cocoa nibs 3%, defatted cocoa powder 1.5%. May contain mustard, lupin, sesame, soy, milk, and tree nuts.
