Spätburgunder 2021

The Spätburgunder of 2021 is slightly different from the previous harvest, mainly due to the climatic conditions of that year. It combines cold maceration with carbonic maceration to seek that deep and flavorful taste that the previous year’s cuvée already had. An elegant wine, full of flavor, and very Glow Glow.
